Refund policy

Order Changes/Replacements:

Any changes in orders or replacing orders must be done within 24 hours of placing orders. 

Replacement:

• For any manufacturing defect, we do offer a replacement for products. Collectors need to ship the product back for replacement with its original conditions. 
• if the box is tampered with or the product is damaged will not be applicable for replacement or refund.
• Sale Items cannot be exchanged, replaced, or refunded.

Refund

We refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account after we get the product and the amount will be credited in 24 to 48 hours
